Register to Perform at the Seattle Int Latin Dance Fest
Our main objective is to be as much efficient as possible and have all the shows in a timely manner making sure our wide audience gets a top of the line performance and quality throughout the weekend.

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE MESSAGE. EXPLICIT INSTRUCTIONS.
The goal in these next steps is to gather as much information beforehand to provide you with the highest level of efficiency, provide our audience with incredible shows, and allow the festival to operate on time, with clarity, and intention.
Please fill out this form no later than Friday, July 31, 2024, at 8:00pm PST.
In this form, you will need to provide the following information:
1. Name of your team(s)
2. Level of your team i.e. Amateur, Semi-Pro, Pro, and/or Pro-Am
3. Genre and style of dance i.e. Salsa Couples, Bachata Ladies Team, Kizomba Solo, Fusion Team (be specific), Cha Cha Cha Duet, etc.
4. Number of dancers in each show
5. Link(s) to videos you intend to perform (If this is a debut, please attach your most recent performance that is similar to what you plan to debut at the Congress)
6. SHOW-READY cut(s) of your music will be requested in a separate form.

We need the genre of dance for your show, style, number of dancers, and level for each show.
For example:
- Song/show #1: Salsa; Solo Couple; 2 dancers; Pro-Am
- Song/show #2: Bachata; Ladies Team; 9 dancers; Amateur
- Song/Show #3: Bachata; Couples; 6 dancers; Semi-Pro
